04 April 2023 Financial partnership between Linkcity and Mirabaud Asset Management
BackLacourte Raquin Tatar assisted Linkcity, Bouygues Construction’s real estate development subsidiary, in its partnership with Mirabaud Asset Management, for the financing of real estate asset development operations.
This partnership, with a budget of 100 million euros, aims to finance the need to transform cities through the acquisition of land that has already been developed and buildings that need to be upgraded.
The predominantly residential real estate projects developed within the framework of this partnership will aim to contribute to reducing the carbon footprint, combating the artificialization of land, renaturation and biodiversity, in line with Linkcity’s CSR strategy.
