Guillaume Roche represents French and foreign companies, financial institutions and institutional investors in connection with their public or private mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, and regularly advises listed companies and their directors and officers on corporate governance issues.
Guillaume Roche started his career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in 2005, and then practiced as a European Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP until June 2019. He joined Lacourte Raquin Tatar in July 2019.
