Nadia Haddad has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012. She acts in amicable proceedings (mandat ad hoc and conciliation) and in insolvency proceedings (safeguard, judicial reorganisation and judicial liquidation). Her clients are French and international and include debtors, creditors, shareholders, investors, banks, acquirers and executives. She handles both advisory and litigation matters across a wide range of industries.
Career
Nadia holds a Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires and a Master 2 in Business Law from Université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas, as well as a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) in corporate law. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012.
Nadia worked as an associate for two years at Bremond & Associés and then for four years at Lantourne & Associés. She joined Gide in 2018 and was made counsel there in 2021.
She is a member of the ARE (Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises) and a founding member of the AJR (Association des Jeunes Professionnels du Restructuring).
