In an interview recently published in Le Moniteur, Anne-Laure Gauthier and Berengere JOLY, legal director of the FPI FRANCE – Fédération des Promoteurs Immobiliers de France, discuss the reasons that led the FPI, along with the Pôle Habitat FFB, the Union sociale pour l’habitat and the Union Nationale des Aménageurs, to file an appeal against the March 25, 2022 decree on the environmental assessment of “small” projects.
The professionals, who fear frequent activation of the system and the risk of litigation, are asking the government to clarify the town planning authorizations section of the text.
