05 August 2021 Advised EDF on a deal with POWERHOUSE HABITAT

Lacourte Raquin Tatar, led by Emilie. Capron  and Nicolas Jüllich (partners), Arthur Lasfargue and Eugénie Bossé (associates), is pleased to have been able to assist EDF in the context of an agreement signed with POWERHOUSE HABITAT relating to the transfer of a portfolio of 17 residential buildings in Paris and the Ile-de-France.
EDF is carrying out this transaction through its subsidiary Gérance Générale Foncière.
