Lacourte Raquin Tatar is pleased to welcome Xavier de Lesquen, a leading specialist in urban planning and environmental law, as a new partner.
On leave from the Conseil d’Etat, he joins the Public Law team of our firm where he will strengthen our reputation in “urban planning / development” and will develop the “environment” and “public litigation” practices.
Xavier graduated from the Ecole Navale and began his career in the French Navy. He holds a postgraduate degree in economics and joined the Conseil d’Etat on graduating from ENA.
He has also managed teams competing in the America’s Cup for France (2000 and 2003 editions, in Auckland, New Zealand) and China (2007 edition, in Valencia, Spain).
