Xavier de Lesquen works in the field of public law, in particular in urban planning and environmental law.
He is an associate professor at the University of Paris XII and a member of the editorial board of the BJDU and the BDEI.
Xavier de Lesquen joined the firm as a partner in 2021, after having started his career in the French Navy and then joined the Council of State, in particular within the 6th chamber of the litigation sub-section.
He is an engineer from the Ecole Navale, has a postgraduate degree in economics and is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (Léon-Gambetta class of 1993).
Our Public Law team advises and litigates in the various areas of public law, mainly in the fields of urban planning, public procurement, public property and the environment.
