La Plateforme will develop a new campus for higher education, including a student residence, in the Euromed 2 development zone, at a cost of around €75 million.
Founded in 2019 by Cyril Zimmermann, this school for digital and new technologies, based in Marseille currently has 750 students. The student campus, to be built by Icade, will total 18,000 m2, capable of accommodating and training over 3,000 students by 2026. It will be developed with the help of public partners, including ANRU, Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence and Meridiam, while the student residence will accommodate 230 beds over 6,000 m2 and will be developed through a joint venture between La Plateforme and Icade.
The Lacourte Raquin Tatar team that worked alongside Meridiam was made up of partner Nicolas Jüllich and Eugénie Bossé on M&A aspects, partner Cédric Bonnet and Olivier Gaté on financing aspects, and partner Irène Cottaris and Louise-Victoire David on real estate aspects.
