03 June 2026 20th Edition – Panthéon-Assas Master's Degree in General Private Law

As part of its partnership with the Panthéon-Assas Master’s Program in General Private Law, Lacourte Raquin & Associés was delighted to attend the 20th edition of the Master’s annual conference, dedicated to the evolving role of the civil judge.

The discussions focused in particular on the role of the judge in contract law and corporate law, as well as on the function of the French Court of Cassation. These topics were explored through high-quality presentations bringing together academics, judges, and legal practitioners.
