Lacourte Raquin Tatar assists Ardian in setting up its partnership with Kering

Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Ardian, one of the world’s leading private equity firms, on the acquisition of 60% of a real estate portfolio grouped together in a joint venture and comprising three emblematic addresses in Paris: the Hôtel de Nocé at 26 place Vendôme and two buildings at 35-37 and 56 avenue Montaigne.
