10 January 2025 Public law: New conference about the Parisian PLU

We would like to extend our warmest thanks to our customers and partners who turned out in force on 9 January to attend our fourth conference on the bioclimatic PLU of the City of Paris.

 

This time, the conference was led by Charles-Antoine Depardon, Deputy Chief of Staff to Lamia El Aaraje, Deputy Mayor of Paris with responsibility for Urban Planning, Architecture and Greater Paris. He explained the reasons for and objectives of this new PLUb, and was happy to answer questions put by Vincent Guinot and Anne-Laure Gauthier, partners in the firm.

 

We look forward to an initial assessment of the application of the new PLUb in less than a year’s time.
