BackLACOURTE RAQUIN TATAR ADVISES FREY ON NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH BANQUE DES TERRITOIRES
Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Frey on its partnership with Banque des Territoires, which acquired a 45% stake in the company owning the 24,000 m2 Docks de Saint-Ouen retail complex.
The team accompanying Frey on this transaction included partner Nicolas Jüllich, Christophe-Marc Dablon and Sarah Chemouny on M&A aspects, partner Julien Souyeaux and Enora Mangin on tax aspects, and partner Jean-Jacques Raquin and Juliette Amblard on real estate aspects.
Lacourte Raquin Tatar also acted as financing advisor to the joint venture. The team comprised partner Cédric Bonnet, Eléonore Pelletier and Olivier Gaté.
