27 November 2023 KKR & Etche: Acquisition of Logistics Assets in Share/Asset Deal

Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised KKR and Etche on the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of logistics assets, through both share deals and asset deals.

 

We put together a team comprising lawyers from our real estate department (Guillaume Jeannet, partner, Clémentine Castel, counsel, and Romain Duval, associate), financing department (Cédric Bonnet, partner, and Camille Tauziède, associate), corporate department (Renaud Rossa, partner, and Yoann Labbé, associate) and public law department (Xavier de Lesquen, partner, Clotilde Repeta, associate).
