29 March 2023 Seminars within the firm: Master II DFII

The students of the Master 2 DFII had the opportunity to attend different seminars at the Lacourte Raquin Tatar law firm, taught by Emilie Capron.

These seminars allowed the study of complex real estate operations as well as financing and real estate investment funds.

During the 3 sessions, students were able to understand the legal framework of real estate investment funds and the main legal and tax issues encountered in their structuring.

The specific legal regime of real estate investment funds (OPCI) was also studied.
