01 February 2023 Acquisition by Zencap AM of a hotel complex
BackLacourte Raquin Tatar advised Zencap Asset Management on the financing of the acquisition by Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Bpifrance, of a 4 star hotel complex in Camargue.
The team that was involved in this transaction included Cédric Bonnet, Olivier Gaté and Nicolas Chaney, Julien Souyeaux and Christian N’da, as well as Renaud Rossa and Christophe-Marc Dablon.
