Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Arkéa REIM in the acquisition of an 8,269 sq.m. building located in Vitré, in Ille-et-Vilaine, within the Parc de la Grande Haie, from the GA Smart Building group.

The team was composed of Emilie. Capron (partner) and Louise-Victoire David, on the legal aspects, and Julien Souyeaux (partner) and Claire Avrin, on the tax aspects.
