17 February 2022 Boétie building lease

Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised EIGHT ADVISORY on the signing of a 12-year lease (“Befa”) with Gecina on the Boétie building located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The Boétie building is a 10,200 sq.m. real estate complex currently being restructured and is scheduled to be delivered in early 2023.

The firm’s team consisted of Jean-Jacques Raquin and Camille Laparade.
