Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Black Swan Real Estate Capital on the acquisition from a private owner of a real estate portfolio consisting of two mixed-use buildings (retail, offices and residential) located in the 9th district of Paris and totalling a surface area of almost 4,000 sqm, a business asset located near Lille of 3,000 sqm and six residential lots located in the 16th district of Paris and in Cannes.
