The “legal” attractiveness, and by extension the economic attractiveness of France, depends in particular on the ability of companies and their advisers to make our business law more attractive by reconciling economic performance with societal and environmental balance. On the occasion of the #BusinessLegalForum meetings, Serge Tatar from Lacourte Raquin Tatar, spoke on this subject alongside Marc Mossé, Louis-Philippe Vasconcelos, Philippe Coen and Hugo Pascal during a round table entitled “The attractiveness of France: it’s not just a matter for economists. This round table is part of a broader theme on the revival of industries in Europe and in France. This is a promising topic to be followed in the coming months.
