Lacourte Raquin Tatar, represented by Cedric Bonnet and Irène Cottaris, partners, acted for Zencap Asset Management in the financing of the acquisition of 855 West Square, a multi-tenant office complex in Chaville (Hauts-de-Seine), by the Villa Group. The acquisition was made from Société de la Tour Eiffel.
