16 December 2019 Korian to take a stake in Over

Lacourte Raquin Tatar is advising Korian on its acquisition of a 42% stake in Over, a development and services company founded by Italian entrepreneurs that will be headed by Dr Mariuccia Rossini, who is also chairman of the board of Korian Italy. The transaction will be completed in the first quarter of 2020.

Lacourte Raquin Tatar conseille Korian dans le cadre de sa prise de participation de 42% dans Over, société de développement et de services fondée par des entrepreneurs italiens qui sera dirigée par le Dr Mariuccia Rossini, par ailleurs présidente du conseil d’administration de Korian Italie, pour développer en Italie une nouvelle offre résidentielle et « hors les murs » destinée aux personnes âgées ou fragiles. La réalisation de cette opération interviendra au cours du premier trimestre 2020.
