The firm is pleased to once again partner with the Les Cycles de l’Immobilier – Property Cycles for the 2026 edition of the ride to MIPIM.

Beyond shared values, it is the Cycles community and its strong leadership that deeply connect us to this event.

All real estate professions are represented, from architects to notaries, from developers to engineering consultancies, from project managers to investors and insurers, from lenders to renewable energy operators, from lawyers to family offices — and many others — illustrating the sector’s diversity and its ability to move forward together to meet the country’s development and construction needs.

The sixty cyclists in the peloton will cover 700 km from Annecy to Cannes, climbing 9,000 meters in elevation, to arrive on March 9, the opening day of MIPIM.

The ride is also charitable: three organizations are supported for three years by Les Cycles de l’Immobilier. This year, they are Imagine for Margo – Children without Cancer (3rd year), Tandem Réfugiés (2nd year), and Boomforest (1st year).

The firm is proud to have two representatives in the peloton: Xavier de Lesquen, partner, and Félix Avenel, associate, who have chosen to support the Tandem association.
