10 November 2025 Conference on “Infrastructure Litigation” / Infraweek

We were delighted to welcome infrastructure professionals to our offices last Thursday for our conference on “Infrastructure Litigation” in partnership with Infraweek / Paris Europlace.

This was an opportunity to present the various remedies and litigation risks that may affect infrastructure projects from their inception to their implementation, including their contractualization, and to discuss—with reference to recent developments—desirable changes to better secure projects, particularly from the perspective of environmental permits. These are all considerations that deserve further consideration.
