Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised EDF Invest in connection with the acquisition of a 49% stake in the company owning the retail park Espaces Chanteraines from Pimco Prime Real Estate, and the establishment of a partnership with Altarea.
EDF Invest, the investment arm of the EDF Group, acquired a 49% interest in the company owning the Espaces Chanteraines retail park, located in Gennevilliers and covering 23,000 square meters. EDF Invest thus succeeds Pimco Prime Real Estate in a partnership established with Altarea, which retains control of the asset and remains responsible for its operational management.
