19 February 2024 Reserved areas: no need to overdo it?

In an article published in Le Moniteur on February 16, 2024, Vincent Guinot and Paul Mazet, lawyers with the Lacourte Raquin Tatar law firm, take stock of the legal status of reserved sites. This is a topical issue at a time when the bioclimatic PLU project and its 1,000 reserved sites for the construction of social housing are currently the subject of a public inquiry running until February 29.
