Lacourte Raquin Tatar is pleased to welcome Benoit Neveu who joins our Public Law team as a partner.
Benoit is accompanied by two senior lawyers, Marine Hue and Romain Meresse, and will develop the practice of “public contracts law” within the firm for the benefit of a clientele composed of urban service operators, concession players and major public authorities.
Benoit has been a public law lawyer for 17 years and previously practised with Cabanes Neveu Associés. He holds a DEA in Public Economic Law (University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas), a DESS in Public Law Litigation (University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne) and a university diploma in mediation (Ifomene).
He specialises in public contract law (consultancy and litigation), particularly in the local public services (water, waste, energy, etc.) and port infrastructure sectors, and is the author of numerous articles and reference works on the subject.
