As part of its partnership with the Association des Juristes de Sciences Po (AJSP), Lacourte Raquin & Associés was pleased to welcome students from Sciences Po Paris for a presentation dedicated to the key stages of a competitive M&A sale process, as well as the major litigation issues arising in the context of acquisition transactions.

The session, led by Renaud Rossa, M&A Partner, and François de Bérard, Litigation Partner, provided an engaging discussion on current M&A trends. They shared their expertise and practical experience, and highlighted the best practices required in increasingly complex transactions.
