LACOURTE RAQUIN TATAR ASSISTS ARDIAN ON A MAJOR TRANSACTION IN NEW YORK

Lacourte Raquin Tatar assisted Ardian in relation to the execution of an investment agreement with Kering regarding Kering’s property located at 715-717 Fifth Avenue in New York City. This exceptional location on one of the world’s most iconic avenues comprises multi-level luxury retail spaces totaling approximately 115,000 sq. ft (10,700 sq. m.).

Following the partnership concluded earlier in 2025, Kering is contributing this asset to a newly created joint venture with Ardian, which will hold a 60% stake, with Kering retaining 40%.

The transaction amounts to $900 million. Net proceeds for Kering will amount to $689 million.

Ardian’s deal team was composed of Stéphanie Bensimon, Omar Fjer, Sébastien Begué and Camille Russel.

Lacourte Raquin Tatar assisted Ardian with a team led by Guillaume Jeannet (Partner) and comprising Eugénie Bossé regarding M&A aspects and Nina Gilles regarding real estate matters. Jean-Yves Charriau (Partner) was in charge of the tax structuring.
