The firm advised Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield at the end of July on the sale of the Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel (957 rooms) to a consortium comprising Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Bain Capital, and QuinSpark.

The team consisted of Renaud Rossa (partner), Céline Basset-Chercot, and Sacha Partensky (associates) for M&A aspects, Irène Cottaris (partner) and Arthur Lasfargue (counsel) for real estate aspects, and Jean-Yves Charriau (partner) and Claire Avrin (associate) for tax aspects.
