Lacourte Raquin Tatar supported the Hines group in the acquisition of the Onyx portfolio, comprising five platforms totalling 130,000 m2 (four in the Paris region at the Saint Ouen l’Aumône logistics hub and the fifth in the Hauts de France region) from SEGRO, one of Europe’s leading industrial and logistics real estate companies, with a team comprising Cyrille Bailly, Martin Delcamp and Marion Beaudouin.
