08 October 2024 M&A: The firm assists Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield

Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on the sale of the company holding the office building of the Gaîté-Montparnasse mixed-use complex in Paris.

 

On 30 September 2024, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield entered into an agreement with a joint venture between Norges Bank IM and Swiss Life Group for the sale of the company holding the office building of the Gaîté-Montparnasse mixed-use complex in Paris. The transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
