LACOURTE RAQUIN TATAR ADVISES PAREF GESTION ON THE MERGER-ABSORPTION OF SCPI NOVAPIERRE ALLEMAGNE 2 BY SCPI NOVAPIERRE ALLEMAGNE AND THE CREATION OF PAREF PRIMA

Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Paref Gestion on a significant step in its development, the merger of Novapierre Allemagne 2 into Novapierre Allemagne, leading to the creation of Paref Prima.

Paref Gestion is pursuing the strategy implemented since 2014. The purpose of this merger is to give Paref Gestion a single vehicle with a strong focus on core European businesses.
