28 December 2023 Annual conference of the Chair in Contract Law
BackOn 10 November, Benoit Neveu, a partner in the firm, was a guest speaker at the third annual conference of the Chair in Public Contract Law at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, devoted to information in public procurement.
He spoke alongside Laurent Coutron, Legal Secretary at the Court of Justice of the European Union, on the subject of information, business secrecy and competition
