28 July 2022 Advice on the acquisition of the West Park 2 offices

Lacourte Raquin Tatar acted for PERIAL AM in the financing of the acquisition of the West Park 2 office building located in Nanterre from AXA Investment Managers. This transaction was carried out on behalf of the SCPI PF Grand Paris and SCI Perial Euro Carbone, both of which have SRI certification.
