13 January 2022 Article Procedures - Summons "upon and for the purpose of"

In an article published in the first issue of 2022 of the journal Procédures (Editions LexisNexis), Octave Hocher, an associate at Lacourte Raquin Tatar, and Charles Simon (both members of the association DROIT ET PROCEDURE), shed light on the concept of a summons “on and for the purpose of” and explain in what way it could be an effective tool to remedy some of the difficulties caused by the new regime of the taking of a date before the judicial court.
