12 July 2021 François de Bérard joins the firm in Business Litigation

Lacourte Raquin Tatar is very pleased to welcome François de Bérard as a new partner. After 12 years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, François joins partner Alexis Le Liepvre and his associates. This reinforcement will enable us to cover all aspects of business litigation.
François advises listed and unlisted clients in commercial, post-merger and acquisition, shareholder and governance disputes, before the courts and in arbitration, and is involved in numerous domestic and international disputes. He has also developed significant experience in criminal litigation, civil law (inheritance, real estate), enforcement and stock exchange law. He holds a doctorate in private international law and teaches as a lecturer in private law at the University of Paris Nanterre. Welcome to him!
