28 January 2025 Promotion of three new counsels

Lacourte Raquin Tatar is pleased to announce the promotion of Anne-Sophie Da Silva and Arthur Lasfargue as counsel in the Real Estate Transactions team and Yoann Labbé as counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Yoann Labbé has worked mainly on M&A and private equity transactions for the past 10 years. He assists investment funds, company founders, management teams and French and international industrial players in private equity (LBO), venture capital (VC) and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions. After starting his career with Goodwin in 2015, Yoann joined our firm in 2022.

Anne Sophie Da Silva and Arthur Lasfargue have been part of the firm’s Real Estate team for 10 years. They advise institutional clients on real estate transactions involving all types of assets, including transactions, development/redevelopment, construction and asset management. Arthur and Anne-Sophie are particularly involved in complex investment and development transactions.
