Lacourte Raquin Tatar acted for a banking consortium comprising BayernLB, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Berlin Hyp, Deutsche Hypo-Nord/LB Real Estate Finance and Deka Bank in setting up a green loan to refinance the existing debt of Tours Duo, a property complex in the 13th arrondissement of Paris owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge and the BPCE group.

 

The team comprised Chloe Thiéblemont, Camille Tauziède and Héléna Rivière.
