07 October 2024 M&A: The firm advises B&B Hotels

Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised B&B Hotels on the acquisition of 22 companies operating hotel businesses from Grape Hospitality France, in partnership with Swiss Life Assets Managers France, which concurrently acquired the 22 companies owning the corresponding buildings.

 

On October 1, B&B Hotels acquired 22 companies operating hotel businesses from Grape Hospitality France. The companies owning the real estate assets in which these hotels are operated were acquired at the same time by Swiss Life Assets Managers France.

 

B&B Hotels was advised by Lacourte Raquin Tatar with a team led by Renaud Rossa (M&A) and Jean-Yves Charriau (Tax) (partners) and comprising Christophe-Marc Dablon and Sarah Chemouny (M&A), Enora Mangin and Morgane Le Bolloch (tax), Guillaume Jeannet (partner), Cheida Karbaschian (counsel) and Nina Gilles (real estate).
