LACOURTE RAQUIN TATAR ADVISES ORANGE ON THE CREATION OF BLEU IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CAPGEMINI

Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised Orange on the M&A aspects of the creation, jointly with Capgemini, of Bleu, a company that will provide a “Trusted Cloud” in France as part of a strategic partnership with Microsoft.

Orange and Capgemini have joined forces to form a joint company called Bleu, which will provide a “Trusted Cloud” in France as part of a strategic partnership with Microsoft, designed to meet the specific cloud needs of the French government, local authorities, hospitals and healthcare establishments, and public or private entities recognized as Opérateurs d’Importance Vitale (OIV) or Opérateurs de Services Essentiels (OSE), enabling them to use Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services.

The team that assisted Orange with the M&A aspects of this transaction comprised Renaud Rossa (M&A partner), Céline Basset-Chercot and Samuel Balzano (M&A associates).
