Lacourte Raquin Tatar participated in the production of “La Médiation Commerciale & Vous”, a practical guide for companies explaining what mediation is in business life, why to use it, when and how.

The guide, published on the initiative of Cercle Montesquieu, brings together the expertise of Annabel Rigard Abramowitz, MK2 Legal Director and mediator, Aurélie Bonneau, counsel at Baker & McKenzie and mediator, Benoit Neveu, partner at the firm and mediator, and François de Bérard, partner at the firm.
