Lacourte Raquin Tatar advised La Banque Postale in the financing of the acquisition by the ALBORAN | Hotels & Hospitality group in partnership with Cofinance Group of the business assets of the Pullman hotel and the Adagio Toulouse Centre Ramblas hotel residence.
