24 October 2022 Revision of the local urban plan: bioclimatic and more demanding
BackAnne-Laure Gauthier and Vincent Guinot, lawyers of the #droitpublic team of the Lacourte Raquin Tatar law firm, recently published an article in Le Moniteur on the bioclimatic PLU of the city of Paris.
A final phase of consultation is currently open until November 4, 2022, and the city of Paris has put online the main lines of the draft regulations and OAP.
