Lacourte Raquin Tatar is pleased to have assisted LaSalle Investment Management in the sale of the Maison Bayard building, located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The firm’s team, which has been assisting LaSalle Investment Management on this transaction since the acquisition of the building, the former historical headquarters of RTL, in 2017, was led by Guillaume Jeannet – OLY with Clémentine Castel for the legal aspects and David Sorel with Laura Bernardini for the tax aspects.
