Lacourte Raquin Tatar, led by Cedric Bonnet (partner) and Olivier Gaté on the financing aspects and by Julien Souyeaux (partner) and Christian N’da on the tax aspects, advised Zencap Asset Management on the implementation of a structured financing granted to the Carré d’Or Group. This transaction will allow Carré d’Or, a developer in Lyon and its region, to accelerate its growth and to further its ESG commitment in this area.
