Lacourte Raquin Tatar, represented by Cyrille Bailly and Marie-Amélie Gros, acted for Hines SGP and Hines France in the acquisition of 11 logistics platforms from Auchan Retail Logistique. This is a first for Hines, which is entering the logistics sector through its Hines European Value Fund 2.
