Lacourte Raquin Tatar is pleased to welcome Chloe Thiéblemont as a partner in its financing team. With more than 20 years of experience, Chloé is specialised in real estate financing and joins Cedric Bonnet, also a partner.
Chloé works with banks and investor-borrowers such as insurance companies, funds and institutional investors, both French and foreign, in the structuring and financing of their real estate transactions, whether senior or mezzanine debt.
The Financing team now has two partners, one counsel: Laetitia Ajzenman and five associates: Nicolas Channey, Laurie CHASSAIN, Charles Coeurderoy, Olivier Gaté and Eléonore Pelletier.
