François de Bérard is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team.

François de Bérard advises listed and unlisted clients in commercial, post-merger and acquisition, shareholder and governance disputes, before the courts and in arbitration. He acts in numerous domestic and international disputes.
He has also developed significant experience in criminal litigation, civil law (inheritance, real estate), enforcement and stock exchange law. In addition, he supports corporate files on litigation, procedures and private international law.
Career
François de Bérard joined the firm as a partner in 2021 after several years of practice as Counsel at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier.
