Jean-Yves Charriau is a Partner in the Tax team.

As a tax practitioner recognized for his involvement in a number of complex transactions, Jean-Yves Charriau has developed extensive expertise in the real estate sector. He advises listed companies, industrial groups, private equity funds, French and foreign institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds and pension funds.

Career

After beginning his career at a French firm, Jean-Yves Charriau worked with the law firm of Ernst & Young between 1994 and 2003 (as a partner since 2001), where he practiced in the New York office from 1998 until 2000 in the International Tax Services Group. He later joined CMS Francis Lefebvre, then Allen & Overy LLP in 2010. Jean-Yves joined Lacourte Raquin Tatar in May 2017.
